Board care
A little care goes a long way.
A few simple habits will keep your board looking great for decades.
Oil regularly
Apply food-safe mineral oil or board cream once a month, or whenever the wood looks dry.
Hand wash only
Never use the dishwasher. Wash with warm soapy water and dry standing upright immediately.
Store flat & dry
Keep away from direct sunlight and extended moisture to prevent warping over time.
Treat cuts & scratches
Lightly sand with fine-grit paper and re-oil to refresh the surface.
